Where We Buy · Oklahoma · SCOOP & STACK

Sell your SCOOP and STACK mineral rights.

The most valuable minerals in Oklahoma deserve the most careful valuation. We price sections here well by well.

The SCOOP and STACK are where Oklahoma mineral values are highest and where sloppy valuation costs sellers the most money.

Berlin has worked these plays since they had their names coined. Our principal helped prepare hundreds of horizontal wells here for operators, which means when we underwrite your section, we are reading the same data the buyers on the other side of the table used to pay us to read. Producing royalties, undrilled upside, pooling elections in hand: we will price all of it and show you every step.

Formations & Plays

What you're sitting on

Woodford Shale

The source rock and primary target across both plays, drilled with some of the longest laterals in the state.

Meramec & Osage (STACK)

The stacked Mississippian intervals that gave the STACK its name and its multi-well-per-section density.

Springer (SCOOP)

The oil-rich sand below the Woodford in the SCOOP, a premium target that adds real value under the right sections.

Counties

Where we're most active

SCOOP to the south, STACK to the northwest, and we know the section-by-section difference inside both.

Questions

Straight answers for SCOOP/STACK owners

What are SCOOP/STACK minerals worth per acre?
The honest answer is that it varies enormously by section: how many wells are producing, how many more the unit can hold, which operator runs it, and your lease royalty. Core sections with remaining drilling inventory command strong prices; fully developed sections are priced off the producing tail. We will tell you which you own, for free.
I keep getting mailers with very different numbers. Why?
Because mass buyers price by county averages and hope. Two sections a mile apart can differ several-fold in value. The only way to know is to underwrite your actual unit, which is what we do and show you.
My section already has six wells. Is the value gone?
Not gone, but different. Developed sections are valued off remaining production, which is steadier and easier to price than drilling upside. Sometimes that makes selling more attractive, sometimes less. We will give you the honest math.
